Inter-Tribal Council of AT&T Employees

(ICAE for short which is pronounced “EYE KAY”)

Since our creation in 1983, our existence has been to support Native American employees, tribes, and communities by advocating for equity and representation. We have awarded over $130k in scholarships to Native American students over the last three years.

Together with AT&T, we focus on Purpose, People, and Possibilities. From food drives to donating school supplies to leading digital literacy classes, we live true to our company’s values to be there and make difference.

We also focus on elevating Native American and Indigenous voices while educating and sharing Native American culture, contributions, and current issues

Our Mission

To establish a common interest Native American organization open to all employees, active and retired, committed to the cultural development, career advancement, education, understanding and the general well-being of all employees and more specifically Native Americans.

Our Goals

To become actively directly involved in civic, educational and cultural programs to enhance both the Native American communities and the image of AT&T.

To promote a climate that stimulates positive multi-cultural relations conducive to achieving corporate and individual goals.

To establish a strong national network for the purpose of sharing information and participating in community activities in support of Our Common Bond as AT&T employees.

To provide a forum for exchange of information, concerns, ideas, experiences, resources and questions.

To sponsor conferences and workshops to further the knowledge and advancement of the members of the organization.

To support, encourage and participate with other Employee Resource Groups in the development and implementation of our common goals.

Interested in Joining?

Membership is open to all AT&T employees.
Many of our members are not of Native American descent but support the Mission and Goals of the Inter-Tribal Council of AT&T Employees.
There are no Membership dues
